Our Executive Health Program is designed to provide a thorough, efficient, and personalized evaluation in a single, well-coordinated visit. Using a combination of advanced testing, thoughtful consultation, and concierge support, we help you gain a clear, complete understanding of your health so you can continue leading with confidence.

What’s Included in the Base Evaluation?

Each executive receives a foundational assessment tailored to age, medical history, and specific health considerations. The base evaluation includes:

Comprehensive physical examination

EKG

Chest X-ray

Vaccinations (as needed)

Complete lab panel with results review and recommendations

Optional stress test based on clinical need

This provides a detailed starting point for understanding your overall health and identifying opportunities for prevention and improvement.

Optional A La Carte Services

For those seeking additional insight, we offer expanded evaluations for an added cost:

  • Genetic cancer testing
  • LOTO CT Scan (full body scan)
  • Registered dietitian consultation through MuuvWell

These services allow for a deeper assessment and more personalized recommendations when appropriate.

What to Expect

We coordinate every step of your visit to ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient experience. Our goal is to make your evaluation as convenient and informative as possible.

Before Your Appointment

A licensed phlebotomist will visit your home or workplace approximately one week prior to your scheduled evaluation to complete your lab draw. This allows our team to review your results in advance and prepare for your visit.

Day of Your Visit

A dedicated concierge will guide you through your entire experience. On arrival, they will meet you at LivingWell Radiology to complete your imaging.

Afterward, all remaining tests and your appointments with Dr. Turnbo will take place in our office on the same day.

Billing

This program is fully cash-pay. No insurance claims will be filed, ensuring a private, simple, and transparent process.
