Eliminating Barriers to Healthcare
Our Direct Primary Care division provides any type of primary, preventative and/or acute care medical services required with very few exclusions. The beauty of this program is while appointments are taken, walk-ins are certainly welcome. Medical providers are available 24/7 for after-hours urgent care. Because they can obtain medical care when they need it, this level of access keeps our members out of the emergency room for non-emergency issues.
We provide excellent medical care to our member employees eliminating common barriers to healthcare (accessibility and affordability).
Primary Care Services
We are proud to offer the following services to patients six months of age and older:
Annual Physicals (Including Sports)
Treatment of Minor Illnesses (eg Cold, Flu, Allergies)
In-House Labs (e.g. Strep, Mono, UTI, etc.)
Respiratory Therapy
High Blood Pressure

Gastrointestinal Disorders
Urgent Care / Acute Care of Minor Injuries
Mole/Wart Removal
Vision/Hearing Exams
